1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold on Wonder World DM Shop are digital products — including software licenses, subscriptions, AI tools, entertainment plans, CRM tools, and downloadable digital goods.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or activated, all sales are final and non-refundable by default.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund only in the following situations:
✅ Your product was never delivered and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours
✅ You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
✅ The product delivered is completely different from what was listed
✅ A technical fault on our end prevents you from accessing the product at all (verified by our support team)
In eligible cases, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement — at our discretion.
3. When We Will NOT Issue a Refund

❌ You forgot to use the subscription before it expired
❌ Product is incompatible with your device (please check requirements before buying)
❌ You shared or misused credentials and got banned by the platform
❌ Third-party platform changes (e.g., policy changes by Netflix, Spotify, etc.)
❌ Partial use of a subscription period
❌ You violated our Terms & Conditions

5. Subscription Cancellations
